Database administrator’s job requires the professional to monitor the database and ensures the availability of the mountains of data produced and consumed by today’s organizations. Once you have gone through the basics, you can move on to advanced topics. Database administrators are expected to be experts in their field and need to have in-depth knowledge. The topics that you need to learn include - query optimization, database objects, advanced SQL, and database design.
