Mark Zuckerberg begins a two-day trip to India today, speaking this afternoon in New Delhi on the importance of boosting internet access in the country.
With 100 million users, India is Facebook's second-largest existing market after the United States. Mark Zuckerberg will join a raft of technology leaders who are aiming to penetrate the "unconnected" world, beginning in India.
Around the world, 4.4 billion people are currently "offline". There are only 2 billion people connected to the internet around.
