Women Executive Shadow Programme 2.0: Adobe India has a programme called ‘Women Executive Shadow Programme 2.0’ which allows participants to be tagged to senior leaders as their mentors for 3 months. Last year, 33 employees were selected after a rigorous selection process and mapped to 33 mentors based on their asks.

Diverse workplace: Adobe conducted a gender pay audit globally by an external third party to establish a benchmark to understand the existing pay gap and the distance to be covered. In India, over the last three quarters, the company has bridged the gap from 96% parity to 99%. While reviewing the pay gap, Adobe India conducted similar job role comparisons and looked at the pay levels for male and female employees, and with all criteria being equal, it took corrective action to enhance parity.

Grassroots: Adobe India recently hosted the ‘Grassroots Innovation Challenge’ - a competition that provided employees with a platform to ideate and innovate solutions for a wide range of issues, from citizen engagement to digitisation, smart cities, government workflow and process simplification, and women and child welfare. Teams worked to zero in the areas they would like to impact pitch their solutions. The response was overwhelming with an initial submission of nearly 600 unique digital solutions.
